Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to the Coast
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
